1. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting an integration, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
oddly is a software-as-a-service platform that reads marketing and commerce data from systems you authorise (Shopify, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, and similar). It surfaces recommendations, alerts you when metrics shift in ways that risk wasted spend, and on paid tiers it can apply a defined set of changes to those connected accounts on your instruction.
oddly does not place advertising on your behalf. It does not move money between accounts. It does not act outside the integrations you have explicitly connected. The features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.
- You may invite team members. Each team member must comply with these Terms.
4. Data and integrations
To deliver the service, oddly accesses data from the systems you connect. This includes:
- Order, product, inventory, and content data from Shopify.
- Campaign, keyword, search-term, and ad performance data from Google Ads.
- Search performance data from Google Search Console.
- Campaign, ad set, ad, and audience data from Meta Ads.
- Other data sources you connect over time.
You authorise oddly to read and (on tiers that support it) write to these systems on your instruction. You retain ownership of your data. oddly retains data only for as long as required to operate the service, plus reasonable backup windows.
Customer personal data (such as Shopify order names and email addresses) is processed solely to operate the service. oddly does not sell your customer data, does not share it with third parties for advertising, and does not use it to train general-purpose machine learning models.
5. Subscription and billing
- Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe in US Dollars. The current price is shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Stripe processes payments. oddly does not store card details on its servers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, oddly may downgrade your account to read-only after a reasonable retry window.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may make exceptions at our discretion.
6. Free trial
Paid tiers begin with a 14-day free trial. We email you before the trial converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
7. Availability
oddly is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party APIs (Shopify, Google, Meta, Stripe). When those upstream services are degraded, oddly is degraded with them.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, oddly's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. oddly is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can cancel via the customer portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that places undue load on our systems or our upstream providers. On termination, oddly will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
