What is oddly?

oddly is a marketing intelligence platform that connects to your store, ad accounts, CRM, and analytics, then surfaces what is leaking money, what is performing, and what to do next. Think of it as a senior marketing operator running diagnostics across your stack while you focus on the work only you can do.

How does oddly work?

You connect your sources via OAuth or app install. oddly reads metrics on a schedule, cross-references them with rule-based logic to spot misconfigurations and money-at-risk patterns, and generates a prioritised list of recommendations. On Nudge you approve each fix; on Steer you delegate categories of fixes for oddly to execute within rules you set.

What platforms does oddly connect to?

Today: Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads. Coming next: HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads. Other sources are on the roadmap; tell us what you need at [email protected].

How long until I see results?

The first scan completes within 30 minutes of connecting your first source. Most brands see their first money-at-risk alert within the first day. The weekly digest lands the following Monday.

What if I don't have a Meta Ads account?

Connect what you have. Meta Ads is a Steer-tier feature; on Watch and Nudge, oddly works with Shopify, Google Ads, Search Console, and analytics. Add Meta later by upgrading to Steer for cross-channel intelligence.

Is oddly an AI tool?

oddly uses deterministic intelligence: rule-based analysis that cross-references the data sources you connect. Recommendations are based on what the data shows, not predictions, so you can always trace why a given suggestion was raised.

Security & data

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every database query is scoped by a client identifier so cross-tenant access is impossible by design, and every state-changing operation is audit-logged. Full posture is on the security page.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell, broker, or share your data with advertisers, brokers, or any third party for purposes other than operating the service you are paying for.

Where is my data stored?

On globally distributed edge infrastructure with encryption at rest. Sub-processors are listed in the DPA. Where GDPR or PDPA require a transfer mechanism, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email [email protected] with subject "Data Request". Account data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation; audit logs are retained up to 12 months for security review and then removed.

Billing

How does the free trial work?

Paid tiers (Nudge and Steer) include a 30-day free trial. You provide a card at signup; we don't charge during the trial and we email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. One trial per customer across all tiers.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; you keep the higher-tier features until then.

How does billing work?

All charges are in US dollars. Monthly plans bill every 30 days from your signup date. Annual plans bill up front for 12 months at a 10% discount. Reporting on your dashboard shows your connected store's native currency; we never convert.

How do I cancel?

From the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we don't refund unused time on the higher tier. After cancellation your account reverts to Watch (free) and your data is handled per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
