Controls you can check, not a badge you have to believe.
Most trust pages publish a logo and a date. This one publishes the awkward parts: which controls are continuously proven, which have gone stale, which have no evidence source at all, and exactly what happens when one regresses. A control with nothing behind it scores zero and says so.
Control posture
Each control carries its state, its owner and the date it was last proven. The maturity level is computed from the evidence itself: a control with no mapped source scores 0 rather than defaulting to green, because a green control nobody can evidence is worse than an honest gap.

Evidence freshness
Freshness is a property of the evidence, not a claim about the control. Each level below describes what the underlying evidence actually supports. A control drops a level the moment its newest artefact falls outside its own SLA, with no human involved in the demotion.

The gate model
This is a stage one trust centre: read-only, unauthenticated, and populated entirely from a committed fixture. It exists so the shape of the product can be examined without an account. It is not a tenant view, and no figure on it should be read as an assertion about any organisation's real posture.
