A concept reel is a rendering. It can show an agent doing anything, because nothing on screen is load-bearing. You cannot click a box in a video and read what it actually did.
This chart is the opposite claim. Every node is a link to a surface that was already live before this page existed. The metrics move at merge cadence, not for the camera. Where a receipt is not public yet, we would say so rather than draw the box, because a node without a receipt is a mockup, and this map has none.
