Reading the weekly digest
The Monday morning email. One screen of the week's numbers, what oddly did for you, and the three things to look at next.
When it arrives
Every Monday at 8am in your account timezone (default Asia/Singapore; change in the portal). Visible to all tiers. The Watch tier sees the basic numbers; Act and Autopilot see the full digest including the action queue and health score.
Health score (out of 100)
A single number that summarises whether your store and ads are in good shape this week. Built from four weighted components:
| Component | Weight | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Alt-text coverage | 35 | Percentage of products with full image alt text. Affects SEO and Google Shopping. |
| Out-of-stock ad exposure | 25 | Penalised if you have out-of-stock products with active ads. |
| Action queue backlog | 20 | Pending recommendations that haven't been actioned. |
| Active money-at-risk alerts | 20 | Unacknowledged campaign alerts. Weighted by spend share when both Google and Meta are running. |
90+ is healthy. 70-89 means a few items to clean up. Below 70, block 30 minutes to clear the queue.
Sections, in order
This week's numbers
Orders, revenue, total ad spend, blended ROAS. Each shown vs the prior week. Up arrows are green when more is better (orders, revenue), red when more is worse (spend without conversion lift).
Channel breakdown
When both Google and Meta have spend in the period, you get a side-by-side: spend, sales, cost per sale, ROAS, and a one-line note if one channel is materially more efficient. Hidden when only one channel is running so the email doesn't show an empty Meta column.
What changed this week
Notable shifts oddly detected: spend up or down by more than 50% week-on-week, top and worst campaigns by ROAS, alt-text updates, calendar events, ranking changes.
Opportunities spotted
Up to 3 callouts of items in your queue that are not money-at-risk but worth your attention this week.
Content opportunities
Up to 3 keyword briefs from Search Console: terms you're ranking for but don't have a dedicated page on, with suggested titles.
How your actions worked out
Feedback loop. For each action oddly took or you approved over the past two weeks, what happened next: did the metric move? Did the change stick? oddly reports good, ambiguous, or still-watching.
Top 3 actions for next week
Pulled from your action queue plus any proactive recommendations. The first item is what oddly thinks you should do first.
Where to look first on a Monday
- Health score. If it dropped, scroll down to find the queue items dragging it.
- Channel breakdown. If one channel is clearly more efficient, that's where new budget should go.
- Top 3 actions. Tap through to the dashboard, approve or dismiss the first one in one tap.
The whole digest is built so the first 30 seconds of skimming gives you the right action. The rest is for when you want to read.
