Billing and plans
How is my data used?
oddly reads data from systems you connect (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console) to deliver recommendations and alerts. We do not sell your data. We do not share customer-level data with third parties for advertising. We do not use your data to train general-purpose machine-learning models. The full statement is in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Open the portal and click "Manage subscription". That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.
What happens if I downgrade?
You move to the new plan at the next billing cycle. Features specific to the higher tier (action queue write actions, scheduled automation, WhatsApp alerts) stop working at that point. Your historical data, audit log, and configuration stay intact, so you can upgrade back later without losing anything.
What happens if my payment fails?
oddly retries via Stripe over the next several days. If retries fail, your account moves to "past due" and the platform downgrades to read-only (Watch-equivalent) until you resolve billing. Your data and connections stay; nothing is deleted.
Do you offer annual pricing or discounts?
Not yet. Once we have enough customers to justify the operations work, annual plans with a small discount land on the pricing page.
Integrations
Which Shopify plans are supported?
Any Shopify plan with Admin API access, which is all of them. We tested on Basic Shopify, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?
Watch and Act are single-brand. Autopilot supports up to 3 brands under one account. If you need more brands, email [email protected].
Do you write to my ad account?
Only on the Act and Autopilot tiers, and only after you approve the recommendation (Act) or have explicitly delegated the action type (Autopilot). Watch is read-only.
Specific actions oddly can write: add negative keywords, pause low-Quality-Score keywords, dismiss Google Ads recommendations, pause ads pointing at out-of-stock products. We never delete campaigns, never change budgets without approval, and never move money between accounts.
What if my Shopify alt-text or content gap detection is wrong?
Dismiss the recommendation. oddly remembers and won't re-surface the same item without new evidence. The dashboard's feedback section also shows whether prior actions actually worked, so we improve where the recommendations are off.
Notifications
Will I get spammed?
No. Email alerts dedupe by issue, so the same campaign problem only fires once per 24 hours. WhatsApp on Autopilot is hard-capped at 3 messages per brand per day, reserved for money-at-risk only. The weekly digest fires once per week regardless of how much else has happened.
Can I turn off WhatsApp?
Yes. Remove your WhatsApp number from your account settings (or leave it empty during onboarding) and oddly falls back to email-only.
Security and data
Where is my data stored?
Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge), primarily in the Asia-Pacific region. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored server-side and never exposed to client code. Production secrets live in Cloudflare's secret store.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Account and operational data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation, except where retention is required by law (financial records). Audit logs are retained for two years. Email [email protected] with subject "Data Request" if you want immediate deletion or an export.
Are you SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR / PDPA compliant?
oddly is operated from Singapore and built to comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Formal certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001) are on the roadmap once the customer base justifies the cost. GDPR-equivalent rights (access, correction, withdrawal of consent) are honoured today.
